Processing Times

All items are handmade with care.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: will be discussed upon acceptance of order, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
    During high-volume seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. I will always keep you updated if delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Typical carriers include: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 2–6 weeks (varies by country and customs requirements)

Please note: These are estimates only. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery speed is outside my control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

Kellye’s Cozy Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your package appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact me — I’m always happy to help initiate a carrier search.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply. These are determined by your country’s laws and cannot be predicted or included at checkout.

I do not mark packages as “gift” on customs forms.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

I will work with you on a replacement or solution.

For missing packages marked “Delivered,” please check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Porch/doorstep

  • Neighbors

  • Your local post office

If you still cannot locate it, I will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup 

A free local pickup option is available at checkout for customers in the Kirkland, WA area. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
